W9 FORMS Regardless of age or amount of money won, you are required to submit a completed W9 to the show office to collect earnings. If you have moved or changed your last name since the last time you submitted a form, please submit a new form to the office. Forms are available at the show office or can be filled out and uploaded to our files. PAYOUT Friday race checks are available to p/u at the show office on Saturday morning. Saturday & Sunday checks are available to pick-up approximately 1hr after the conclusion of the race each day. We make ever attempt to complete this as quickly as possible. Checks not picked up at the show will be mailed to the address on your W9 form. Checks not picked up at the event are mailed 10-14 business days after the last day of the event. Checks not cashed within 60 days of issue will be voided and not re-issued. If a check is re-issued for any reason it will be less a $20 re-issue fee. Any payout made in CASH (pee wee) must be picked up at the show. It will not be held or mailed. Payout not picked up will be applied to the GFB season awards fund. |

OFFICIAL EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER Photos will be taken of each and every rider. We have ONE official photographer, and outside photography of contestants anywhere on grounds is NOT allowed at any time. |
