• Stall & RV Reservations Open on Monday the week of event at 12p (noon) via Google Form

• ALL CLASS ENTRIES USE SADDLEBOOK – SB account is required to enter event!
  • Pee Wee riders will have daily office fee waived
• ALL BUSINESS AT THE SHOW OFFICE IS CASH ONLY
  • We payback in CA$H
  • Payouts not picked up at a show will be held to the next event for pick-up
    • We do not venmo, mail or PayPal winnings
    • If you are not staying to pick-up earnings, you may have someone else pick-up for you
• GHOST ENTERING for SHOWDOWN FINALS 2025
  • Submit SB entry

  • notify Lynde via text 515-571-4281 that you are GHOST entering
    • You will then VENMO for your fees (including office charge)
  • Reminder, if you plan to enter youth, adult or masters at Showdown, you will need to meet the 3 show requirement for those as well.

READ CAREFULLY

You will select CASH PAYMENT when you enter on Saddlebook and the site will direct you to the payment screen, you will have a balance due on your payment screen until you check in at the office and pay your fees!

SHOW REMINDERS If your plans have changed you MUST notify Lynde (preferrably via text 515-571-4281) at least 1 hr before the start of the race! If you no text/no show, you will not allowed to enter future Jackpot Junkie races until your no call/no show race fees have been paid. If you are running late and won’t make it to pay fees at least 1 hr before the start of the race each day, please notify Lynde so we don’t delete you from the draw!
STALLS ARE REQUIRED – NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS – For anyone staying on grounds overnight!

1. Event Participation

• You are responsible for reading, understanding, and following all event rules and regulations.
• Participation in equine or domesticated animal events involves inherent risks that you voluntarily accept.
• Liability: Go For Broke Productions (GFBP), its staff, and associates are not liable for any accident, injury, theft, death, or property damage while attending, competing, camping, or spectating.
• GFBP reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant at any time, for any reason.
• By entering, you waive all claims against GFBP and its affiliates for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

2. Iowa Domesticated Animal Law Notice

Under Iowa Code Chapter 673 (Domesticated Animal Activities):

• A “domesticated animal professional,” event sponsor, or exhibitor is not liable for damages, injury, or death arising from the inherent risks of domesticated animal activities.
• Exceptions include cases involving intentional or reckless acts; use of defective equipment or tack; failure to warn of a known dangerous latent condition; or injury to spectators who are in places where they would not reasonably expect such activities.
• Required notices: A warning sign must be posted in visible locations on properties where such activities occur, and, if there is a written contract, the contract must include a notice of assumed risk.

• You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP.”
• You consent to photos and videos taken during the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes (social media, advertising, etc.).

4. Terms & Conditions

• Pricing Errors: GFBP reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item listed incorrectly due to website or programming errors. Efforts will be made to correct errors promptly.
• Modification of Terms: GFBP may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon posting online or at the event office.
