In the transition to SaddleBook for event entries, we will not be able to accept ACH payments like we have in the past, but we still want to give you the ability to reduce fees where possible. Therefore, we will be offering:
PAYMENT BY MAILED CHECK for entries submitted between APRIL 7-11, 2025. Check payment MUST be postmarked by April 11, 2025.

Under no circumstances will an unpaid entry be placed in the draw nor will stalls/rv/sessions/exhibitions be “held” without payment. *RETURNED/BAD CHECK FEE of $35*
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS 3.5% fee will be added to all CC payments
CA$H AT THE OFFICE (LATE ENTRIES ONLY) You may enter and come to the office and pay late entries in cash. Failure to pay fees before your run may result in disqualification from the event! Late entries submitted with promise to pay cash that NO SHOW or go UNPAID will be subject to ban from future GFB events.

Pricing Errors: GFB Productions reserves the right to refuse the sale of any “item” that is priced incorrectly due to a web page or programming error. If an error in pricing occurs, GFB Productions will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue promptly.
