NOTICE:

If you purchase a stall and then later decide you will not use it, that stall MUST be turned back into the show office while we are still working on the waitlist. Stalls turned back in will be refunded at 100% of cost while we still have a waitlist. This will be in effect until it’s determined that the waitlist has been satisfied or when pre-entries close. Whichever comes first. CC or ACH fees are non-refundable.

    • Exception: Immediate family (same household!) with more than 4 horses

PARKING, TIE-OUT & PORTABLE PENS

  • Parking assistance will be available Thursday afternoon/evening and Friday
  • If you are unsure where to park, please ask for guidance to avoid being asked to move later
  • If stalls sell out, contestants may tie-out or build portable pens overnight (fee applies). 
  • Pens are restricted to designated areas only (see map).
  • Please be considerate of space when setting up pens so others can do the same. 
  • If a pen is determined to be excessively large, you will be asked to downsize.
  • All tie-out and pen areas must be scraped and manure piled before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine per trailer.

By entering, you waive all claims against GFBP and its affiliates for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

  1. EQUINE ACTIVITY LIABILITY NOTICE

Participation in equine activities involves inherent risks. Horses may behave unpredictably, which can result in injury, death, or property damage. By attending or participating in this event, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with equine activities in accordance with applicable state laws, including:

Iowa Code Chapter 673 – Equine Activity Liability

Wisconsin Statute §895.481 – Equine Activity Liability

Illinois Equine Activity Liability Act (745 ILCS 47/1 et seq.)

Under these laws, an equine activity sponsor, professional, or facility is not liable for injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their animals. Proper supervision of minors is required at all times.

By entering, you consent to being contacted by email, text, or phone about event updates, results, promotions, or feedback. You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP.” You consent to photos and videos taken during the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes (social media, advertising, etc.). You acknowledge that all contestants will be photographed by the official event photographer and/or videographer.

Modification of Terms: GFBP may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon posting online or at the event office.
