**ELECTRIC sites are 1st come, 1st serve. Please find a spot, park, plug in and then come to the show office to pay and get your tag. Failure to pay for electric site/usuage is grounds for disqualifcation.
**TIE OUTS / PORTABLE PENS - ONLY ALLOWED In Lot C area as designated. There is not electric in this area.
Any Tie Outs / Portable Pens subject to paying 1x grounds fee ($7 per rider/weekend)

THURSDAY ARRIVAL (July 2nd) allowed ONLY between 7:00pm and 10:00pm Thursday
$20 per stall + $20 per night if plugging in
Stalls and electric MUST be paid in cash when you arrive if arriving early.
8:00 am Friday – Grounds Open for general contestant arrival.
$50 FINE PER HORSE FOR EARLY ARRIVAL after 10pm Thursday and before 8am Friday.
10:00 am Friday Show office opens

PROCESS FEE – $5.00
GROUNDS FEE - $7 per rider 1x fee, applies to ANYONE not stalling.
LATE FEE (open entries) $5 per rider/day
LATE ENTRY DETAILS
1- All late entries must register online (link above)
2- Late entries have 2 payment options
- Pay with CC from the site (late fees, process and 4% cc fee will be applied)
OR
- Register as stated above and stop at the office and pay CASH for your late entry
(paying cash saves you the 4% fee)
3- GFB entries close each day when the GFB open starts. If you are planning to pay cash, you MUST pay by this time.

Payments by check have a 5 day grace period to reach our office.
**This means that you need to be prepared to send a check immediately after you click enter me now.**
We will not accept payments by check after 6/22. You can pre register with a CC payment between 6/23-6/26 @ 5pm.
Any entry submitted after 5pm cst on 6/26 will be considered late.
