8:00 am Friday – Grounds Open – ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY ARRIVALS ALLOWED
$50 FINE PER HORSE FOR EARLY ARRIVAL

9:00 am Friday Show office opens

FRIDAY sessions & exhibitions go on sale when entries open (7/15/18) plan accordingly.

10:00 am - 4:00 pm Fri. Training Sessions ($10 per horse, 10 horses per training session, barrels setup NO PONYING/NO LUNGING)
4:15 pm – 5:45 pm Fri. Exhibitions ($5 each, limited to 125 tickets sold, 60 sec. time limit)
5:45 pm - Pee Wee Barrels (enter @ show office $5 each)
6:30 pm (not before) Friday Open 5D $1000 added
***Friday YOUTH 4D***  $50 Added Money. YOUTH will draw with the open class.***
SIDE POT - Open Avg 4D, $100 added (must enter Fri/Sat)
8:00 pm – Futurity/Derby entries close. Draw posted by 10:00 pm
8:30 pm - Exhibitions go on sale for SATURDAY morning

**Futurity/Derby/Maturity - Late entries accepted on site through 8pm Friday 8/24 w/ $25 late fee per horse entered.**
*Friday night checks will be available for pick up after 10:00 am on Saturday.
*Contestants must have a current year W9 form on file with Go For Broke Productions to collect earnings.

(**NO BARRELS SETUP**$100 fine and DQ for a NON fut/der horse in the arena during this time**)
7:30 am – 9:15 am Barrel Exhibitions ($5 each, limited to 100 tickets sold, 60 sec. time limit)
8:00 am – 9:00 am Fut & Der/Mat Horse check in (Horse & copy of papers required at check-in) Location TBA
10:00 am 1st Go – The Big J Futurity, followed by 1st go, The Big J Maturity 1st go
Pee Wee Barrels Immediately following the conclusion of Derby - (enter @ show office $5 ef)
12:00 pm (not before) Saturday Open 5D, $1500 added
**CARRY OVER FROM Futurity or Derby/Maturity into the OPEN/YOUTH must be declared at horse check in**

Awards presentation to follow conclusion of Derby. Awards Top 3 in the Average MUST BE PRESENT to pick up awards.
10:30 am (not before) Sunday Open 5D, $1500 added

FINE PRINT
LATE ENTRIES - CASH ONLY! Late fee $5 per rider/day max of $10 for weekend for open. Futurity/Derby/Maturity late fee $25 if not PM by 8/1.
Late entries close when the 1st horse runs in the class at all shows that are co-approved with the NBHA.
STALLS All horses on grounds overnight must stall ($55 per stall, 1 bag of shavings included)
NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED. Additional shavings can be purchased at show office. $8 a bag
RV SITES - are sold 1st come, 1st serve. Get parked/plugged in and pay at show office.  ($20 per night) 
PAYBACK 100% added money, 75% entry fee. NBHA & BRF approved classes subject to run $ fee per run taken off the top.

REFUNDS absolutely no refunds for any reason after pre-entry postmark deadline has passed.
BUYING/SELLING SPOTS all changes must be handled at show office prior to the start of open race each day. (texts/calls/emails will not be accepted) ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES will be accepted after open race starts. No change fees, New rider is responsible for paying x1 $5 processing fee.
DRESS CODE long sleeve shirt, western boots required. Western hats/helmet optional. No ball caps/visors.
