If you entered the futurity or derby after 6/1 (or plan to late enter on site) and haven't paid your late fee, please plan to take care of that at the show office when your arrive (**Futurity/Derby - Late entries accepted on site through 8pm Friday 6/22 w/ $25 late fee per horse entered.**) OPEN late entries are accepted through draw #100 each day with a $5 late fee per rider/day (max of $10 for the weekend)
GROUNDS FEES - If you do not have a stall and are "jumping out" or tying out/pens on site, please make sure you have paid your $5 per rider grounds fee to the office as well. Thanks all! REST UP everyone, it's going to be a GREAT WEEKEND!!!!

ELECTRIC SITE RESERVATIONS
- Requests for campsites can be emailed to camping@kirkwood.edu starting Sunday, June 3rd at 7:00 p.m. Only one site can be requested per person. Please include your name when making the request. Requests made before 7 p.m. on Sunday June 3rd will not be honored. No later than Wednesday, June 6th , each person who sent in a camping request will be notified by e-mail with either payment instructions if they have a site or notification that they have been placed on the waiting list. Payment must be received in the office by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13th. Any campsites that are not paid for by the 13th will be released. Thursday, June 14th, any unpaid sites are released to the first names on the waiting list. Campsites will be assigned in the order payment is received.

5:00 pm – KK Run For Vegas / JR NFR Qualifier
5:30 pm (or immediately following conclusion of JR NFR Race) Pee Wee Barrels (enter @ show office $5 each)
6:00 pm (not before) Friday Open 5D $1000 added
SIDE POT - Open Avg 4D, $100 added (must enter Fri/Sat)

BUYING/SELLING SPOTS all changes must be handled at show office prior to the start of open race each day. (texts/calls/emails will not be accepted) ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES will be accepted after open race starts. No change fees, New rider is responsible for paying x1 $5 processing fee.
DRESS CODE long sleeve shirt, western boots required. Western hats/helmet optional. No ball caps/visors.
